Michael is a proven, seasoned executive, advisor and board director. He is an Advisor to the University of Toronto “Hatchery”, mentoring emerging-technology companies on commercialization and growth, and an Advisor and Equity Partner at Kelsen Legal Technologies, specializing in Artificial Intelligence commercialization. He is a Hall of Distinction Award recipient from the University, and a Fellowship Nominee to the Canadian Academy of Engineering.

Prior, he was Senior Advisor to Westmount Ventures private equity, specializing in Capital Markets, M&A and Aerospace, CEO at Drone Delivery Canada (TSX.V, OTC QX listed), President of Staples Business Advantage, President of Yahoo and President of Schlumberger, with prior hardware and software design engineering positions at Alcatel and Motorola. He has over 35 years of business experience and has been on multiple corporate, not-for-profit and governmental boards. Michael received a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, an M.B.A. and a P. Log, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). He was born in Toronto and is a world traveler, having visited 59 countries.
